Revenue Operations Manager
Own the commercial engine between every host kitchen and every delivery platform — so every order that should generate revenue actually does.
Why this role matters
OFB doesn't own restaurants. It owns brands that run inside other people's kitchens, and it earns only when those brands sell on DoorDash and Uber Eats. That makes the storefront, the menu price, the promotion calendar and the weekly reconciliation the most important commercial surfaces in the company.
Across a growing network of host kitchens, small leaks add up fast: a mispriced item, a stale photo, a promotion that ran a week too long, a payout line that doesn't match the platform report. This role is the person who sees those leaks first and closes them.
What you'll own
- 01Manage and optimize DoorDash and Uber Eats storefronts across every active kitchen — menu structure, pricing, photography rotation and promotions.
- 02Own weekly reconciliation between platform reports and host-kitchen revenue-share payouts, line by line.
- 03Monitor ratings and reviews across kitchens, and drive corrective action with Kitchen Operations the moment quality slips.
- 04Report weekly network performance to leadership: average order value, order volume, platform commission trends and rating health.
- 05Recommend pricing and promotional strategy as new kitchens and brands launch in new markets.
What we're looking for
- 01Experience in delivery-platform operations, multi-location restaurant operations, or marketplace / e-commerce revenue management.
- 02Comfort working directly from data — platform dashboards, spreadsheets and reconciliation files are your native environment.
- 03Sharp attention to detail. Small reconciliation errors compound quickly across a multi-kitchen network.
- 04Current right to work in the United States.
