Straight answers, for everyone who asks.
What virtual restaurant brands are, how OFB works with partner kitchens, where to order our brands, careers and the Scout program, and how food safety is handled.
01 · Partnership and economics
There is no upfront partner cost. OFB funds concept development, launch systems, training, and customer acquisition. Economics are agreed transparently before launch.
Partners receive automated weekly profit-share settlements with clear reporting on sales, fees, and the agreed revenue split.
OFB is designed to earn commitment through performance. Specific pilot terms and exit provisions are documented before onboarding.
02 · Kitchen and operations
You do. OFB operates as an incremental brand partnership and does not take control of your existing restaurant, menu, staff, or customer relationships.
OFB monitors demand and operating performance continuously. If the fit is not strong, the team can tune the menu, change service windows, pause, or wind down the concept under the pilot terms.
Partners continue to operate under their existing licensed-kitchen controls. OFB adds concept-specific procedures, training, traceability, and documented quality checks; responsibilities are defined in the operating agreement.
Exclusivity, if any, is scoped by concept and market rather than assumed across your entire operation. Terms are reviewed with every partner before launch.
03 · What is OFB?
A virtual restaurant brand is a food brand that exists only for delivery and online ordering. It has its own name, menu, and packaging, but no dining room or storefront of its own. Instead, its food is cooked inside an existing licensed restaurant kitchen that has spare capacity, then handed to a delivery driver or picked up by the customer. To the customer it looks and works like any other restaurant online; behind the scenes it shares a kitchen with a restaurant that is already operating.
A ghost kitchen is a place: a commercial kitchen built or rented purely to cook delivery orders, usually with no dine-in customers. A virtual brand is a menu and identity: the restaurant name customers see when they order. A ghost kitchen can host several virtual brands, but so can an ordinary restaurant. OFB works with the second model — it builds virtual brands and runs them out of existing, already-licensed restaurant kitchens that have unused hours or capacity, rather than building separate ghost-kitchen facilities.
OFB owns and operates its food brands. When a customer orders from an OFB brand, the revenue from that order is shared between OFB and the partner kitchen that cooked it, according to a profit-share agreed before launch. OFB pays for brand development, menus, training, launch systems, and marketing up front, so a partner kitchen does not pay OFB a fee to join; OFB earns its share only when the brand actually sells.
Yes. OFB is the trading name of Online Food Brands LLC, a U.S. limited liability company. It is co-founded by Houssame E. Gorani and Zaynab Elmachatt, and its first brand, TRIPLA, is active in Raleigh, North Carolina. You can reach the company directly at info@onlinefoodbrands.com or on Instagram at @onlinefoodbrands.
OFB's initial pilot market is Raleigh, North Carolina. Brands are launched with partner kitchens in the Raleigh area first, and the model is designed to expand to additional U.S. markets once the pilot is proven. Kitchens outside Raleigh are welcome to register interest for future markets.
04 · Our brands & ordering
TRIPLA is OFB's artisan pizza brand, built specifically for delivery. It focuses on artisanal crusts, bold regional recipes, and fast cook times, with packaging designed so pizzas arrive the way they were meant to be eaten. TRIPLA is currently active in Raleigh, NC.
Paratha & Patties is OFB's premium fusion comfort-food brand: flaky, laminated parathas paired with smash patties, deeply spiced sauces, and bright chutneys. It is currently in development and has not yet launched for ordering.
The official place to find TRIPLA and its ordering options is triplapizza.com. TRIPLA currently serves the Raleigh, NC area; availability depends on your address and the brand's service hours.
Yes. Every TRIPLA order is cooked in a licensed, operating restaurant kitchen that partners with OFB. The kitchen follows TRIPLA's recipes, training, and quality procedures, while continuing to operate under its own health permits and food-safety controls. Virtual means there is no TRIPLA dining room — not that there is no kitchen.
Not yet. OFB brands currently serve the Raleigh, NC pilot market only. New cities will be added as partner kitchens launch in them; follow @onlinefoodbrands on Instagram for announcements.
05 · Careers & the Kitchen Network Scout program
Yes. OFB currently lists 3 salaried roles plus the commission-based Kitchen Network Scout program. Salaried roles are remote and U.S.-based, with periodic travel to Raleigh, NC. Each role page describes responsibilities and requirements, and you can apply online in a few minutes.
Kitchen Network Scouts are independent contractors who introduce OFB to restaurant kitchens with spare capacity. When a kitchen you referred goes live with an OFB brand, you earn a signing bonus for that kitchen plus a recurring monthly override for as long as it stays active. It is commission-only, suited to people with strong relationships in the local restaurant community.
Scout pay is tiered by how many of your referred kitchens are active: Tier 1 (1–2 active kitchens): a $1,500 signing bonus per live kitchen and a 5% recurring monthly override; Tier 2 (3–5 active kitchens): a $2,500 signing bonus per live kitchen and a 7.5% recurring monthly override; Tier 3 (6+ active kitchens): a $4,000 signing bonus per live kitchen and a 10% recurring monthly override. When you reach a higher tier, the higher override rate applies to all of your active kitchens. Final terms are confirmed in the Scout agreement.
No relocation is required for the salaried roles. They are remote positions for people based in the United States, with periodic travel to Raleigh, NC required. The application asks whether you are U.S.-based and whether you are willing to travel to Raleigh.
No. OFB is not able to sponsor visas. Applicants must already have the right to work in the United States, and current U.S. work authorization is a required confirmation in the application.
06 · Trust, safety & legitimacy
OFB is a legitimate business operated by Online Food Brands LLC. It never charges partner kitchens an upfront fee to join, never asks job applicants to pay for anything, and earns money only through a profit-share on real orders. If anyone claiming to represent OFB asks you for payment to join, apply, or be hired, do not pay and contact info@onlinefoodbrands.com to verify.
Online Food Brands LLC owns and develops the food brands, their recipes, and their marketing. Independent, licensed restaurant kitchens cook those brands under a written operating agreement that defines each side's responsibilities and the profit-share. The kitchen keeps ownership and control of its own restaurant, staff, and permits.
Before launch, OFB reviews each applicant kitchen's licensing and permit status, available capacity and equipment, service hours, and operating track record, and confirms it can execute the brand's menu to standard. Kitchens are trained on each brand's procedures, and performance and quality are monitored after launch; concepts can be tuned, paused, or wound down if standards are not met.
OFB brands are cooked only in existing restaurant kitchens that already hold their own health permits and are subject to local health-department inspection. Those kitchens keep operating under their established food-safety controls. OFB layers on brand-specific recipes, handling procedures, training, ingredient traceability, and documented quality checks.
Every OFB brand order is prepared in a partner restaurant that holds its own health permit, and OFB does not operate unlicensed or home kitchens. If you have a question about where a specific order was prepared, email info@onlinefoodbrands.com and the team will tell you which licensed partner kitchen cooked it.
